You may always contact us for any kinds of issues, including return, exchange, doubt or anything does not meet your satisfaction; we will do our best we can.

Defects

We are responsible for all kinds of defects happens by manufacturing / production. We will refund or replace if the defect(s) is proved and agreed on.

Buyer must report the issue within 7 days upon receiving the shipment.

We will not be covering / refunding or replacing if the defect happens by the buyer. Warranty is not applicable (void) to misuse.

Return

We are not able to accept any kinds of return for customized products. But we are able to refund if you accept 50% of the total order after we receive and check the product condition.

We may accept the return of standard non-customized orders. Refund will be confirmed once we receive the product and check it.

Exchange

We will not be able to exchange customized products.

For standard non-customized orders, we may contact us for further process.
